Professional services

We respect the importance of you being able to make all the vital decisions affecting the well being of your horse and will never interfere in your choice of vet, farrier and dentist.

No one knows your horse as well as you do, and no one is better placed to decide what services suit your needs. We give you total freedom to employ your own vet, farrier and dentist.

However, if you do need help finding someone to provide you with professional services we are able to assist you. We work with professionals ourselves and our other clients will be only too happy to share their experiences of local professionals with you.

• Stable Close Equine Practice do the bulk of the work at Headmore Farm, but other vets of your choice are welcome.
• Our farriers are Tom Smith and Richard Lovejoy.
• Jenny Hadland (MCSP, SRP, ACPAT Grad dip phys) is a Chartered Physiotherapist who specialises in treating horses.
